Hi, I’m Luke. I’ve helped startups, agencies, household brands and the UK government ship better products and services. My passions are usability and striving for universal design. I hold a BA (hons) First in Product Design from Ravensbourne and mentor MAID students at Central Saint Martins. I am currently at Spotify.
I have proven ability to ask the right questions and output to a high level while supporting and mentoring junior and middle weight designers to do the same.
I have helped to ship products and services on iPhone, iPad, Apple watch, Android handheld and tablet, responsive web, Xbox and even printed forms.
User behaviour changes, but the basics always apply. I draw from the rich source of what’s been documented about user behaviour since the industrial revolution.
